From business question to working project

Four steps from the first call to execution and handover, with the scope talked through before anything starts. The first call is at no cost; if there is a case, so is the proposal, mockup included.

The person writing your proposal spent eighteen years on the client's side: leading operators, on high-impact projects and decisions. The track record, company by company.

The process

Four steps

The same process for a small diagnostic or a full project.

1

The call

Twenty minutes: which decisions lie ahead, and which question moves each one. The tools on this site are the inspiration: that kind of thing, with your operation's own data inside.

2

The proposal

Within that same week: scope, timeline and deliverables in writing. When the case calls for it, it ships with a mockup or demo of the solution, so the discussion runs on something concrete instead of a document.

3

The scope

Before anything starts we talk scope alternatives and roadmap. More depth, more iterations or extra specialists cost more; if a simple, approximate solution is enough to decide, it costs you less. That trade-off is yours to pick, with the options on the table.

4

The delivery

Built, maintained and handed over: the tool ends up running wherever you decide, with your team trained, or an outsourced one if you don't have it yet. No permanent dependency on the consultant.

What you get

A deliverable that stays running

Whatever the decision calls for: a diagnosis with sources and assumptions in the open, a model or dashboard your team runs on its own, or a full project, with the team and the counterparties it takes. The proposal pins it down in writing: what gets delivered, when, and what stays on your side at the end.

What it takes

Three things from your side

The decision

What you need to resolve and by when. The more concrete it is, the better the proposal comes out.

Whatever data you have

If it exists, the tool takes advantage of it. If it doesn't, what is already published carries the work.

A counterpart

Someone on your side who knows the asset.
